27.3.20 Rational Thought

And so we finish a busy school week with some back to basics Mathematics. The children will be practicing their counting and division skills (along with some fine motor skills). As an additional challenge to provide some differentiation for the more able, we will be calculating average lengths of rice grains to ensure a truly fair share. Students have the additional and exciting opportunity of earning their share of rice with correct answers. Of course, we always strive to include cross-curricular links in our learning here at the school of Daddy and will also be looking at the history and reasons behind rationing.
